Start out with Emperor Tomatoe Ketchup because it is the most accessible and consistent album that incompasses a lot of their sound.
The one OP posted is pretty Krautrock influenced, and my personal favorite because of the use of traditional rock elements along with a boat load of interesting tones and a deep appreciation for rhythm.
Also, I'd recommend their EP "The Groop Played, 'Space Age Bachelor Pad Music" which is a bit more of their "loungey" side, but not boring IMO
I'd also recommend Peng! It's a great lo-fi rock album with a lot of French-Pop influence.
