Noooooooooooooo, because you really can't get everything like you can with downloading. There's no one source of music on the internet that has everything.
There are tracks on What.cd that only exist online on What.cd. Same for soulseek, there are tracks that are still sitting on vinyl and haven't made it online yet. A lot of them. If you use spotify as your only source you are limiting your self. Not to mention I can share my files forever and they will sit on my hard-drive forever and can be accessed without an internet connection.
There are tracks where the true artist is disputed, how are you going to find stuff like that? Plus artists go by tons of different aliases, I doubt spotify's system for sorting music is flawless. I personally like having my own system.
You saying spotify is the best way to get your music is like saying what's in this picture.
