So I like Muse's latest two albums a lot. But apparently, according to you guys, they were only good with their earlier stuff, which sounds more like Radiohead to me. But whatever.

What's bad about them? I've never quite understood musically why /mu/ doesn't like them. I'm not trying to be like 'stop not liking things I like', I'm just trying to understand why other people don't like what I like.

I don't come to /mu/ often but one time I mentioned I liked the latest Muse album and I got a response along the lines of 'you should listen to Radiohead, because they're Muse but not shit'.

So I got King of Limbs on Spotify and listened to it and it was all ambient instrumentals and soft high-pitched lyrics.

Did I get trolled or did I just pick a shitty Radiohead album?
