Going into this I didn't realize that this was a solo project from the dude from Die Antwood. So I became pretty hype since this was a early early prototype bizarre South African hip-hop that you see in his later projects. And at first I got that, it was a little raw but you can see the genesis of the defining sounds. The problem is that after the first few tracks I quickly finding myself bored with whats happening with the whole later half of the album. It's just felt as though the energy was just sucked right out of it and seemed to go on for way to long. The later tracks just weren't as interesting to me and the beats were just a little duller. Now despite that I can definitely see why people like/love this album, but to me I'm not feeling it.
