Thanks for the reply. They do interact with other people's IG posts, including with lolitas they don't know irl.
One of them once was telling me in person about a new purchase during a meet. I was excited for her and asked what colorway and in a kind of snippy way she said "Well you would know if you ever checked my feed." It really took me aback. I just kind of stammered that I had been really busy lately and not checking IG much. I thought we were decent friends but now it's just awkward.
Another, when I comment, she replies to everyone's comments except mine. Everyone's. Like, she goes around my comment every single time. And when I see her, she shows me things from her feed that she wants to talk about. It's just a bit strange I think? I don't know, I have a hard time understanding stuff like this.
Also, a few other lolitas asked for my IG, added me, I added them back right away, then never interacted me past the first couple of days. We always hang out during meets and also have mini meets together so it seems like they enjoy my company? However I don't know them super well, and regardless it is radio silence on IG.
I'm probably overthinking all of this or something about me is the problem, but often I see mutual friends commenting all the time on one another's posts and I get really confused. I guess I do feel a bit hurt when irl friends who have similar interests never like or comment, esp when I try to be supportive of their content even if I am not a fan of it, like cosplay or selfies. But then I see these same people going overboard interacting with other irl and online friends, so I guess I am just feeling somewhat sad.
